1. Contract and consent

An enquiry is free and non-binding. For services available to book directly, the contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment after you expressly accept the scope, total price and these terms. Sending the briefing alone does not trigger a charge. Custom projects first receive a written offer; contract formation and the payment schedule follow its express acceptance.

2. Scope and revisions

The scope shown at purchase and any confirmed written offer define the work. One consolidated revision round within that scope is included. New directions, extra pages, additional applications and changes after approval are quoted separately before work begins. Printing, production, third-party licences and Google verification are excluded unless expressly included.

3. Prices and codes

All prices are final prices in CHF. Promotion codes are subject to their stated conditions and do not combine with other discounts unless expressly stated.

4. Payment

One-off direct bookings below CHF 1,000 are paid in full in advance. For CHF 1,000 to CHF 5,000, 50% is due before work begins and 50% before final files are released. Custom large projects follow a written offer with milestone invoices, for example 40/30/30 or 30/40/30. Care plans are billed through a monthly or yearly Stripe subscription. Available payment methods appear in Stripe Checkout. Nothing is charged before you accept the specific payment instruction. All prices are final prices in CHF.

5. Care plans and cancellation

Care plans renew automatically for the selected term. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at least 7 days, and yearly subscriptions at least 30 days, before the end of the current period, for example via https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/8x2bJ15Pz4h8byvdvd4Ja01. Free Care months included in packages convert to a paid subscription at the regular price after they expire, unless cancelled beforehand. Pay yearly and get 2 months free. A billing month already started remains payable, subject to mandatory legal rights. The selected services and monthly or yearly billing are shown before purchase.

6. Delivery and client responsibilities

The confirmed delivery period starts after the agreed payment and all required copy, images, approvals and access have been received. Days mean working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the place of work). Clients supply materials they have the right to use, review drafts and provide timely approval. Missing materials, delayed approval or agreed scope changes move the delivery date accordingly. External printing, production and verification are outside design delivery periods.

7. Delivery guarantee

If we miss a delivery date confirmed in writing through our own fault, we refund 10% of the agreed fee for the delayed service. Delays caused by missing materials, pending approval, later scope changes or external providers are excluded. This guarantee does not limit mandatory legal remedies.

8. Usage rights

After full payment, the rights needed for the agreed purpose in the final approved work created by Kymat transfer to the client. Unselected concepts and working files are included only if expressly agreed. Fonts, images, software and other third-party materials remain subject to their licence terms. Clients are responsible for the necessary rights in materials they provide.

9. Cancellation, refunds and defects

If work has not started, cancellation receives a full refund. Once work has begun, we discuss concerns and first remedy defective work within the agreed scope. If the engagement ends, completed contractual work is charged proportionately and any unearned advance is refunded. This does not exclude mandatory rights of termination, withdrawal, price reduction, warranty or damages. Please report concerns promptly and with enough detail for us to address them.

10. Late payment

The legal requirements for default apply. Once a payment is in default, statutory interest of 5% per year may be charged on the overdue amount. This does not automatically accelerate amounts not yet due or resolve disputed amounts.

11. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Zurich is the agreed venue to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory legal venues and mandatory consumer protection remain unaffected.
